For more than 35 years, Galt Medical has developed and manufactured products used in vascular access, interventional radiology, interventional cardiology, and other minimally invasive procedures. Medical Device Design, Development & Manufacturing
Founded in 2005, Arrotek specializes in the design, development, and manufacture of minimally invasive medical devices. Our facility in Ireland is a centre of excellence for catheter technologies and advanced device development, supporting customers from concept through to commercialization. In the United States, our Massachusetts operation—formerly NeedleTech Products provides advanced device development, expertise in specialty needles, precision metal components, rapid prototyping, and engineering services. Together, these capabilities help bring innovative medical technologies to market.

Supporting both Arrotek and Galt Medical is our advanced manufacturing facility in Costa Rica.
Located in the Coyol Free Zone, the facility provides scalable manufacturing for specialized medical needles, guidewires, precision components, and complete medical devices. With cleanroom manufacturing, pilot production, and commercial-scale capabilities, it provides a seamless pathway from product development to full-scale production.
