Rich Brauckman serves as Director of Technology Acquisition at Theragenics Interventional, and as Director of the company’s Cyclotron and Chemistry Operations, also located in Buford, Georgia.
Rich joined the company in April of 1988, while the company was operating as a startup out of the Georgia Tech Research Institution, located in Atlanta, Georgia.
In his current position as Director of Technology Acquisition his primary responsibilities include development, in-licensing, out-licensing, valuation, and acquisition of technologies, intellectual property, products, assets, and businesses in support of the company strategic plans for the interventional oncology and interventional radiology markets. Prior to his current position, Brauckman served as Manufacturing Manager, Controller, and Director of Manufacturing.
Rich earned a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University and an MBA (Finance) from Georgia State University.
