Frank Tarallo is Chief Executive Officer and President of Theragenics. He is also a member of the Board of Directors. Frank joined Theragenics in 1998 and has served in a number of finance and operating management roles, including as President of the Brachytherapy business since 2007, Chief Financial Officer from 2005 to 2013, and becoming CEO in 2013. Frank has been involved with several significant transactions in Theragenics’ history, including the acquisitions of CP Medical, Galt Medical, NeedleTech and Arrotek; several brachytherapy related acquisitions; and the Company’s go-private transaction in 2013.
Prior to joining Theragenics, Frank served in various finance and accounting related roles, including as a Senior Manager and Head of the Audit Department for Grant Thornton, LLP in Atlanta, from 1991 to 1998. His client base was primarily manufacturing, where he managed audits and advised clients on M&A transactions, financings and public offerings.
Frank received his BBA from Mercer University in Macon, Georgia and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1985.
