We are seeking a Field Training Manager to join our Interventional Solutions team who resides in either Dallas, Houston, or San Antonio. This newly created role will report directly to the Director of Sales for the Theragenics Interventional business unit.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• The Field Training Manager’s primary responsibility is to assist in the sales process through product training and customer interactions in order to achieve regional and corporate sales goals. • Works collaboratively as a partner of the distributor network’s sales team to meet company objectives and provide optimal customer support within their region. • Collaborates daily with our distributor’s sales managers. Conduct training and provide product detail information to distribution partners and to various HCP’s. • Proven ability to effectively plan and implement training programs, providing a high degree of professionalism. • Provide ongoing customer support through product education as well as training support for the sales team. Maintains knowledge of current trends in all products within their modality. • Proven ability to strategically plan and perform effective product demonstrations that result in clear clinical differentiation as well as providing value propositions to each specific customer. • Proven ability to use active listening skills along with the ability to customize presentations to audiences in competitive environments and to handle customer objections and product issues. • Complete and submit weekly reports as required by management. • Develop and maintain accurate territory and customer profiles, sales information and forecast data. • Attend and represent TGX at National and Regional trade shows as required.

Position Requirements:

Education: 4 Year College Degree in a relevant area highly preferred, or an associates degree or relevant technical certifications and relevant work experience acceptable.

Experience: 3+ years’ experience in Medical Device Sales w/ documented achievements Work experience as a Clinical Specialist or Technician working in the IR, Cath Lab or Vascular Surgery Strong B2B selling experience or Institutional Pharma experience will be considered.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: • Well developed written and verbal communication skills essential. • Ability to work in a self-directed fast-paced environment while working under time constraints and deadlines. • Proficiency w/all MS business programs including TEAMS. Experience with CRM systems highly beneficial. • Valid Driver’s License. • Proven ability to use active listening skills along with the ability to customize presentations to audiences in competitive environments and to handle customer objections and product issues.
