Assembly Technicians - First and Second Shift

The Assembly Technician will perform basic assembly operations for medical device assembly of a variety of suture products in a clean room environment. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

      • Set up the work station for each new production lot
      • Perform machine operations for surgical suture  assembly according to standard operating procedures, specifications and work instructions.
      • Follow quality and safety procedures. 
      • Train new employees, and cross-train current employees.
      • Look for and recommend process improvements to continually increase the levels of quality, efficiency and safety.
      • Participate in team or individual projects as needed.


      • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent highly desirable


      • One year or more related experience and/or training preferred


      • Communications, interpersonal, and team skills
      • Reasoning, decision making, problem solving skills
      • Attention to detail
      • Excellent work ethic, dependable, responsible
      • Proven dependability and adherence to company attendance standards
